We spent HELLA TIME thinking about heat.
After many MANY hours of research we landed on using Infrared heating panels, made in the USA! What's the difference between Infrared and traditional heat? Infrared heats you from the inside out. It acts just like the sun! So instead of walking into a wall of sticky heat, you walk into a comfortable room. Once you start moving, you build heat from the inside out which is a much safer and healthier way to sweat.
We want you to know that we have done extensive research on this system and it is 100% safe and natural for your body, and your well-being! The human body is designed to accept and emit infrared which makes the feeling of warmth from infrared, particularly comfortable. It is UV that is harmful, not infrared, so there's no need to worry. We love a HOT class just as much as the next sweat junkie, but on those hot and humid KY days, we want to allow mother nature to be our heater! We also know that a STILL class is not going to be comfortable under too much heat. SO we made sure to install a row of insulated windows that we can open. Additionally, we added an exhaust system so during AND after class we will cycle in fresh air and pull out funk :)

We are pretty stoked for you to enjoy our locker rooms! Beautiful tiled showers in both men’s and women’s rooms with attached changing areas, complementary shower towels, soaps and all the things that help you feel your best after class! And for our ladies, we’ve built a custom drybar, with all the fixins!
We LOVE music.
And sometimes we love loud music. So come ready to jam or get lulled into relaxation with a custom playlist for each and every class. Heads up: In Slay, the instructors are mic-ed up so yeah, it bumps.

"Would love to give them 100 stars! This studio and community is so special. I have been going here consistently for a year and a half and it has changed my life. All of the instructors are phenomenal, you cannot go wrong with any of the teachers or the classes. They truly do welcome every - body. The studio amenities will spoil you - showers, dry bar, lavender towels... The only warning I will give is that you will be addicted to yoga and this space! ;)"
